Insolation Energy Ltd — Important, 16-09-2025: Company Update

Insolation Energy's subsidiaries, Insolation Green Infra, MGVI Green Infra One, and MGVI Green Infra Two, have secured Letters of Award from Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited. This award, under the PMKUSUM Component A Scheme, is for the design, installation, and 25-year operation and maintenance of 34 MW of grid-connected solar power plants across 17 sites. The project involves an approximate investment of Rs. 113 Cr. These plants are expected to generate annual electricity with various tariffs, translating to an estimated annual revenue of Rs. 14.74 Cr. This significant development expands the company's renewable energy footprint and future revenue streams.
