The company holds a 26% equity stake in NAAR Projects Private Limited, which operates in the real estate sector. This new entity was formed as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to meet project tender requirements for implementation and execution. RDB Real Estate Constructions invested Rs. 26,000 for its shareholding. This strategic move enables the company to pursue new real estate projects through a dedicated vehicle, expanding its operational reach.
