Thermax's step-down subsidiary, Fortmax Chemicals India, is no longer wholly-owned. It diluted 49% equity for Rs 4.41 Cr to Oswaldo Cruz Química, Brazil. Thermax's effective stake, via its subsidiary, is now 51%.
