Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we hereby submit that the Company is in receipt of an an Order u/s 250 of Income Tax Act, 1961.The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 are enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure 1.
