Tembo Global Industries Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on September 16, 2025 In respect of Intimation of appointment of Internal Auditor Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors in its meeting held today, has approved the appointment of M/s. S M B C & Company LLP, Chartered Accountants as an Internal Auditor of the Company to conduct the Internal Audit for the Financial Year 2025-26. Take note of approval received from the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai for extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the Financial year ended on March 31, 2025
