Insolation Energy Limited's wholly owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated a new wholly owned step-down subsidiary named NRJG Green Infra Private Limited. This new entity will operate as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for setting up solar power plants. Formed with an authorized share capital of 0.01 Cr, NRJG Green Infra Private Limited will focus on the development, construction, operation, maintenance, and consultancy of various solar power projects, including Rooftop Solar initiatives. This move reinforces the company's strategic expansion within the renewable energy sector.
