    Beacon Trusteeship's board approved merging three promoter group firms: Beacon Payroll, Codium Techlabs, and Kratos Capital. This aims for synergy, cost savings, and integrated solutions. Post-merger, promoter stake will increase to 57.72%. Mr. Mahesh Ghadi was also appointed as an Additional Director.
