Vijay Textiles Limited announced that Shri. Yogesh Dayama has resigned from his position as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer due to personal pre-occupations and commitments. Following his departure, Shri. Vijay Kumar Gupta, the Chairman and Managing Director, will assume the duties of Compliance Officer. This interim arrangement will ensure continuity in regulatory compliance until a new Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer is appointed, maintaining the company's governance framework for shareholders.
