Godfrey Phillips' board approved a 2:1 bonus share issue, allotting 10.4 Cr new shares. Paid-up capital now stands at Rs. 31.2 Cr, divided into 15.6 Cr shares. Eligible shareholders on Sep 16 are set to receive them.
