Allcargo Logistics Limited — Credit Ratings, 17-09-2025: Credit Rating- Revision

CRISIL Ratings has reaffirmed 'CRISIL AA-/Watch Negative' for most of Allcargo Logistics' long-term bank facilities and 'CRISIL A1+/Watch Negative' for short-term facilities. The outlook for ₹200 Cr long-term bank facilities was revised to 'Watch Negative' from 'Developing'. ₹150 Cr Non-Convertible Debentures were withdrawn. This negative watch reflects concerns over the international supply chain business's muted performance and the demerger's expected impact on the company's risk profile.
