    KMEW will raise ₹284.81 Cr via preferential issues: 14.21 lakh equity shares at ₹1,900 to non-promoters (₹270 Cr) and 77,946 convertible warrants at ₹1,900 to promoters (₹14.81 Cr). Shareholder approval is sought on Oct 9. The company has not specified the use of these funds.
