    KMEW's board approved raising ₹270 Cr via equity shares to non-promoters & ₹14.81 Cr via warrants to promoters, both at ₹1,900. An EGM on Oct 9 will seek approval. A director resigned, and Mr. Hemant Sibal was appointed to the board.
