    Centrum Capital's subsidiary transferred its stake in Centrum Insurance Brokers Ltd (CIBL) to another group subsidiary for 13.76 Cr. CIBL is no longer a wholly-owned subsidiary. CIBL's FY25 turnover was 13.03 Cr (0.38% of consolidated) and net worth 11.36 Cr (16.79% of consolidated).
