    LE MERITE EXPORTS' board approved allotting 61,400 equity shares at Rs. 320/share, raising Rs. 1.96 Cr. Also allotted 5.26 lakh warrants at Rs. 320 each, convertible into shares, bringing in Rs. 4.21 Cr initially. Total paid-up capital now Rs. 24.36 Cr.
