Insolation Energy Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated three new wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries. These special purpose vehicles (SPVs) are established to develop, erect, install, operate, and maintain solar power plants, including comprehensive operation and maintenance of rooftop solar photovoltaic power projects. Each new SPV has an authorized share capital and a subscription amount of 0.01 Cr, with 100% equity subscribed by the subsidiary. This strategic move enhances the company's capacity for solar energy project execution and expands its renewable energy footprint.
