Insolation Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has formed three new wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries: NVJG Green Infra Private Limited, PGNJ Green Infra Private Limited, and SRGE Green Infra Private Limited. These entities are Special Purpose Vehicles established to develop, erect, operate, and maintain solar power plants, including rooftop solar projects. Each new subsidiary has an authorized share capital and an initial subscription amount of Rs. 0.01 Cr, with Insolation Green Energy Private Limited acquiring 100% of the equity shares. This move underscores the company's strategic expansion in the renewable energy sector.
