ICRA Limited has finalized the provisional rating for KPI Green Energy's ₹670 crore Non-Convertible Debentures (Green Bonds) at [ICRA]AA+(CE) with a Stable outlook. This finalization is based on the strength of a partial credit guarantee from GuarantCo Limited. Separately, a ₹30 crore NCD program was reaffirmed and withdrawn.
