Dixon Technologies will acquire a 51% stake in Kunshan Q Tech Microelectronics for ~INR 553 Cr, forming a joint venture with Q Tech Singapore. This strategic move enhances DTIL’s manufacturing of mobile, IoT, and automotive modules, strengthening backward integration. Target FY25 turnover was ~INR 1,977.21 Cr.
