Insolation Energy's subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy, has established a new wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, DJRG Green Infra Private Limited. This new Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) is created to spearhead the development, installation, operation, and maintenance of solar power plants, including rooftop solar projects. With an initial capital of Rs. 0.01 crore, fully funded by the subsidiary, this strategic move aims to expand Insolation Energy's footprint and drive future growth in the renewable energy sector, directly impacting its operational capacity and market presence.
