    YES Bank's Board noted the completion of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation's (SMBC) 20% stake acquisition. Mr. Sandeep Tewari resigned. Two SMBC nominees, Mr. Shinichiro Nishino & Mr. Rajeev V. Kannan, were appointed as Additional Directors, pending shareholder approval via postal ballot.
