Kernex Microsystems (KMIL) formed a Joint Venture with Venkata Rami Reddy Constructions (VRRC). KMIL holds 80% of the JV, focused on upgrading Kavach Version 3.2 to 4.0 for South Central Railway and securing future rail projects. This strengthens KMIL's presence in railway technology.
