PTC's Aerolloy commissioned a large Vacuum Arc Remelting (VAR) furnace, enabling it to produce substantial Titanium castings. This makes Aerolloy one of two global companies manufacturing large investment castings in both Titanium and Superalloys, critical for aerospace & defence, tapping a multi-billion dollar market, and boosting India's self-reliance.
