Shareholders can access the annual report and AGM notice on the company's website. E-voting facilities will be available from August 26 to August 28, 2025, for eligible shareholders registered by the cut-off date of August 23, 2025. Additionally, the company has opened a special six-month window, from July 7, 2025, to January 6, 2026, for shareholders to re-lodge previously rejected physical share transfer requests. These re-lodged shares will only be issued in demat form.
