Insolation Energy Ltd — Important, 18-09-2025: Company Update

Insolation Energy announced its wholly-owned subsidiary has secured a ₹1,134 Crore loan from Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA). This funding is for a new 4.5 GW Solar Cell Manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh. The total project cost is approximately ₹1,512 Crore, with the remaining ₹378 Crore funded through the company's internal accruals. This project is a key step in the company's backward integration strategy, advancing its position across the solar energy value chain. The group is progressing towards a cumulative 7 GW PV Module and 4.5 GW Solar Cell manufacturing capacity within the next two years.
