Polymechplast Machines Ltd — Important, 18-09-2025: Company Update

Polymechplast Machines Limited announced an inter-se transfer of 4,41,653 equity shares, representing 7.88% of the company, between its promoters. Director Mr. Anand Mahendrabhai Bhuva acquired these shares as a gift from his mother, Mrs. Hansaben Mahendrabhai Bhuva, via an off-market transaction. This internal family arrangement does not alter the overall promoter and promoter group shareholding. However, Mr. Bhuva's individual stake increased from 2.67% to 10.55%. The company's total equity capital remains at 5.60 Cr, comprising 56.02 lakh shares of Rs. 10 each.
