Solarium Green Energy Ltd — Important, 18-09-2025: Company Update

Solarium Green Energy has received a significant order from NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Limited (NVVN) for a 2083 kW Rooftop Solar Project at Salem Steel Plant, Tamil Nadu. The order is valued at approximately ₹ 8.06 Cr (exclusive of GST), covering the supply of plant and equipment, installation services, and a 10-year operations and maintenance contract. This new business is a key development, expected to broaden the company's customer base and enhance profitability. The project is targeted for completion within 180 days from the notification of award.
