Zota Health Care LImited — JV/Acquisition, 18-09-2025: Acquisition

Zota Health Care has acquired an additional 9.98% stake in its subsidiary, Everyday Herbal Beauty Care Private Limited (EHBCPL), for Rs. 0.99 Cr. This increases Zota's total ownership in EHBCPL to 65.98%. EHBCPL, a personal care company manufacturing "Khadi India" products, reported a turnover of Rs. 11.44 Cr in FY25. This move represents strategic backward integration, strengthening Zota's control over its supply chain and leveraging EHBCPL's growing presence in cosmetic, ayurvedic, and OTC products.
