GESHIP has provided a Rs. 425 Cr unsecured term loan to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Greatship (India) Limited, at 7.50% interest for 2.5 years. This loan will enable the subsidiary to prepay its existing USD 70.9 Mn external borrowing, optimizing its debt structure.
