VMS Industries Ltd — Important, 18-09-2025: Company Update

VMS Industries Limited's 33rd Annual General Meeting, chaired by Managing Director Mr. Manojkumar Jain, saw shareholders approve several key items. This included adopting audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, and re-appointing Whole-Time Director Mrs. Sangeeta Jain. Members also sanctioned the appointment/re-appointment of statutory auditors, related party transactions with Aditya Ultra Steel Ltd and VMS TMT Ltd, and ratification of the Cost Auditor's remuneration.
