This acquisition, completed through a Business Transfer Agreement, immediately integrates Ambika Pathology's operations under Metropolis Healthcare. The move is set to expand Metropolis's service capabilities and market reach, with all further terms, including deferred consideration, to be carried out as per the BTA.
