KG Petrochem's 45th Annual General Meeting approved several strategic appointments to bolster its governance and leadership. M/s ARMS & Associates LLP was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, boosting compliance. Mr. Anand Mishra, an Independent Director with real estate experience, was re-appointed for a second five-year term. Mr. Dilip Kumar Bhatia, a seasoned banking professional, also joined as an Independent Director for five years, with his appointment approved despite being over 75. Furthermore, Mr. Sanjay Sharma, bringing over 27 years in supply chain management and a decade with the company, was appointed as Executive Director.
