Cargosol Logistics shareholders, at their Annual General Meeting, approved two significant auditor appointments. M/s. Jajodia & Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, commencing from the conclusion of this AGM until the FY 2030-31 AGM. Additionally, M/s. T M R and Associates LLP was appointed as Statutory Auditor for a five-year period, filling a casual vacancy created by the resignation of M/s. C A S & Co.
