Ladam Affordable Housing's members have approved the appointment of Mr. Vinayak Ganesh Phadke as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term. Mr. Phadke brings over five decades of experience, having served as a Senior Manager/Regional Manager at Bank of Maharashtra and extensively in housing and redevelopment projects, including Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) schemes and government liaison. His background in finance, administration, and real estate regulatory affairs is expected to significantly contribute to the company's governance and strategic direction. He is not related to any other director.
