Insolation Energy Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated two new wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries: HEPJ Green Infra Private Limited and RDPJ Green Infra Private Limited. Each new entity has an authorized share capital of Rs. 0.01 Cr, with the subscription costing Rs. 0.01 Cr in cash. These Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) are established to develop, install, operate, and maintain solar power plants, including rooftop solar projects. This strategic move aims to expand the company's footprint and capabilities in the renewable energy sector, directly supporting its growth in solar power generation.
