JSW Energy Limited — JV/Acquisition, 18-09-2025: Demerger

JSW Energy is acquiring GE Power India's manufacturing business for power boiler components and thermal plant parts from its Durgapur facility. This demerger aims for vertical integration, cutting reliance on third-party suppliers, boosting cost efficiency, and supporting future thermal projects. For every 139 GEPIL shares held, shareholders will receive 10 JSW Energy shares (INR 10 each). These new shares will be listed, aligning with JSW Energy's growth vision and creating value for investors.
