SUVIDHA INFRAESTATE CORPORATION LIMITED conducted its 33rd Annual General Meeting via video conferencing, where shareholders adopted the audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company re-appointed Mr. Kishore K. Goswami as Managing Director for a five-year term ending August 2030. Additionally, Ms. Parul Gajjar was appointed as an Independent Director for a similar five-year period. M/s. Nishant Pandya & Associates were also appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive financial years. The meeting also acknowledged the unfortunate passing of former directors, Mr. Ashokkumar K. Goswami and Mr. Anupkumar K. Goswami, resulting in a re-appointment resolution for Mr. Anupkumar K. Goswami not being considered.
