Last Mile Enterprises Limited has announced the incorporation of AGRIMILE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, a new subsidiary formed as a joint venture with Agribid Private Limited. Last Mile holds a 51% equity stake. AGRIMILE SOLUTIONS aims to provide tech-enabled, finance-integrated solutions for sourcing, storage, and distribution of agricultural commodities. This strategic move targets enhanced transparency and traceability across the agri value chain, improving market access and price realization for farmers. The subsidiary has a paid-up capital of ₹0.10 Cr, with Last Mile's investment amounting to ₹0.051 Cr, expanding the company's business operations and strategic alignment.
