Gowra Leasing & Finance Ltd — Important, 19-09-2025: Company Update

Gowra Leasing & Finance has published a notice informing shareholders about the upcoming transfer of equity shares and unpaid dividends to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). This applies to shares where dividends have remained unclaimed for seven consecutive years or more. Dividends up to 2016-17 have already been transferred. Shareholders with unclaimed dividends from 2017-18 onwards can still claim them from the company by writing to them or their Registrar & Share Transfer Agent by November 20. If not claimed by this date, these shares and dividends will be moved to the IEPF, requiring claims to be processed directly through the IEPF Authority. Details are available on the company’s website.
