    Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global's Board approved raising up to ₹114 Cr via a preferential issue: 19.90 lakh equity shares and 3.75 lakh warrants, priced at ₹482 each. Authorized share capital was also increased from ₹25 Cr to ₹35 Cr. Shareholder nod is awaited for these plans.
