Mercury EV-Tech Limited announced the NCLT has approved the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary, EV Nest Private Limited, into the company. This strategic move aims to boost operational efficiency, realize business synergies, and consolidate stakeholder value. Since EV Nest is a wholly-owned subsidiary, Mercury EV-Tech Limited will not issue any new shares as part of the merger. The company also previously informed about a significant increase in its secured charge, which was modified from Rs. 27.59 Cr to Rs. 115.44 Cr. This consolidation simplifies the corporate structure.
