Globalbees acquired an additional 10% shareholding for INR 19.96 Crores in cash, boosting its total ownership from 60% to 70%. Plantex is a fast-growing player in kitchen and home utility products, owning brands like "Plantex" and "Impulse." This strategic move enhances Globalbees' brand portfolio and expands its footprint in the home goods segment. Plantex reported a robust turnover of INR 170.85 Crore in FY25, demonstrating significant growth from INR 52.85 Crore in FY23, indicating a strong asset addition.
