    ISHAN DYES allotted 45.85 lakh convertible warrants to Promoters and 51.72 lakh equity shares to Non-Promoters, all at ₹63 each. This preferential issue raised ~₹39.81 Cr, increasing paid-up capital from ₹20.97 Cr to ₹26.14 Cr. Promoters will increase their stake upon warrant conversion.
