Asahi India Glass raised ₹1,000 Cr via a QIP of 1.18 Cr equity shares at ₹844.79 each for institutional investors. Proceeds will repay ₹750 Cr debt and fund general corporate purposes. The issue opened September 15 and closed September 18.
