Sulabh Engineers and Services' shareholders have approved key decisions at their recent Annual General Meeting. Mr. CS Gopesh Sahu was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, enhancing compliance and governance. The regularization of Mr. Vivek Awasthi, a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive finance experience, was also approved, strengthening the board. Furthermore, shareholders sanctioned related party transactions with a company subsidiary up to ₹2 crore for FY 2025-26. These transactions, to be conducted at arm's length, aim to improve operational flexibility and decision-making, while ensuring transparency and shareholder protection.
