Him Teknoforge Ltd — Important, 20-09-2025: Company Update

Him Teknoforge will now directly establish its new forging plant in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, opting out of the subsidiary route due to its MSME status. This strategic shift involves a capital expenditure of Rs. 51.75 Cr, funded by internal accruals, debt, and equity. The plant, expected by Q1/Q2 2026, will produce forged automotive parts for global markets. It will boost the company's manufacturing capabilities by adding 14,400 MT of new capacity, though 40% of this addition will replace existing lines due to technology upgrades, enhancing overall efficiency and market reach.
