Lancer Container Lines Ltd — Important, 20-09-2025: Company Update

Lancer Container Lines has announced several leadership changes approved at its Annual General Meeting. Mr. Abdul Khalik Abdul Kadar Chataiwala stepped down as Chairman & Managing Director and was appointed Chairman Emeritus. Mr. Praful Jain, previously Whole-Time Executive Director, is now the new Chairman and Managing Director. Mr. Sumit Sunil Sadh has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. The company also re-appointed Mrs. Ameeta Ramesh and appointed Ms. Vijayshri Anup Krishnan as Independent Directors, reinforcing board oversight. Additionally, M/s. Geeta Canabar & Associates were appointed as the Secretarial Auditors.
