Angel Fibers Limited held its 12th Annual General Meeting where shareholders approved the audited financial statements for FY25. Management highlighted an extraordinary profit growth of 3772.26%, nearly doubled cash inflows, a more than two-and-a-half-fold increase in reserves, and nearly one and a half times higher cash liquidity. Shareholders also reappointed directors Jitendra Gopalbhai Raiyani, Rohankumar Jitendra Raiyani as Managing Director, Rameshkumar Jivrajbhai Ranipa as Whole-time Director & Chairman, and Pankaj Becharbhai Bhimani as Whole-time Director, along with approving material related party transactions and cost auditor remuneration.
