Sayaji Hotels' members have approved the re-appointment of two directors at their Annual General Meeting. Mrs. Isha Garg is re-appointed as the Non-Executive Woman Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective August 27, 2025, to August 26, 2030. Mrs. Suchitra Dhanani is also re-appointed as the Whole-Time Director for a three-year term, effective February 6, 2026, to February 5, 2029.
