Space Incubatrics Technologies' Board has approved significant changes to its directorships. The company has appointed Mr. Umesh Kumar as an Additional Non-Executive Director, Mr. Rajendra Prasad as an Additional Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director, and Ms. Babita and Ms. Parul Agrawal as Additional Non-Executive & Independent Directors.
