Insolation Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated a new wholly-owned step-down subsidiary named VJPG Green Infra Private Limited. This new entity is established as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to develop, install, operate, and maintain solar power plants and other renewable energy projects, including rooftop solar. VJPG Green Infra Private Limited has an authorized share capital and initial subscription of Rs. 0.01 Cr, entirely subscribed by Insolation Green Energy Private Limited. This strategic move strengthens the company's focus on its solar business and project execution capabilities.
